How fast can I actually get a website?＋
Starter pages go live in ~3 days, full single-page sites in 5 days, and bigger builds in 2–4 weeks — depending on how fast you reply to my (very polite) photo-nagging.
Do I need to send photos?＋
Yes please — your pics are the whole point! I'll help you pick the best ones, and if you need them taken, I can point you to a photographer friend (or suggest phone shots that'll still look great).
Can you work with my existing Instagram / branding?＋
Absolutely. Send your Insta, logo, menu, vibe — I'll match the site to what you already have so it feels like one consistent brand. Your feed becomes your site's best friend.
What if I hate it?＋
Every plan includes 2–3 rounds of edits on the house — I'll keep polishing until you're happy. After that, extra edits are charged at a small hourly rate, because my time is real (and I can't be your free design team forever 😅). Honestly? By edit three, you'll be calling your mom to show her.
Do you do the boring-but-important stuff too?＋
Yep: SEO, Google Maps listing, booking links, contact forms, analytics, cookie banners, the works. Boring stuff done quietly so the fun stuff gets all the credit.
Do you work with businesses outside your city?＋
Absolutely — I work fully remote, from your neighbourhood to anywhere. Emails, video calls and the occasional time-zone-friendly "asap" — all part of the service.
What do I need to get started?＋
Just three things: your business name, your photos (even phone ones are fine), and a rough idea of your vibe. I handle the rest — copy, layout, speed, the works.
Can you redesign my existing website?＋
Love it. Send me your current site and I'll show you exactly what's getting upgraded — same content, way better everything.
Do you handle hosting and domain?＋
I set everything up for you — hosting, domain, HTTPS, the lot. You just pay the domain fee (~$11/yr) directly to the registrar so it's yours, not mine.
Can I update the site myself later?＋
Yep — I'll show you the simple stuff (prices, photos, hours) and keep 5 small edits a month free on every plan. Bigger changes? A quick message and I'll handle it.
How does payment work?＋
Simple: 50% to book your slot, 50% when you're happy and live. No monthly fees, no sneaky add-ons — you pay once and the site is yours, forever.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?＋
There's an optional $20/month maintenance plan — no contract, cancel anytime. It's a wishful little add-on: I'll fix the simple stuff myself (a broken link, a photo swap, a wonky section) at no extra charge, and I'll keep an eye out and tell you if the site ever goes down. No SLA, no uptime guarantee — best-effort care, not a promise. If a Cloudflare or third-party API change (not my fault) needs a full rebuild that costs real money, I'll do the smallest fix possible — a complete rewrite would be quoted separately. On hosting: these sites run free on Cloudflare Pages, which is plenty. If you ever want a backend, a complex booking calendar, or automation that needs paid hosting or an external service, you pay those companies directly — not me.
